6inch lift with 33's

So anybody running a 6inch lift with 33's?
Want to see how they look.

I want to put a 6inch kit on my Yukon but with only a 305 gear set up ( not regearing anytime soon) anything more than 33's and my tranny will scream kill me now. Lol.

I would like 35's but ya way to much for my tranny and gear set up.

Right now I have stock tires on the stock 17inch rims.

unless you run 12-14” wide wheels it’ll look goofy I’ve had 35s on my Tahoe ever since I lifted it at like 275,000 miles and now have over 400,000 and I’ve never torn my transmission or rearend out I dog the shit out of it too!
I ran 33s when I had just a leveling kit

Both of these setups were 22x14 on 35/13.50 and 24x14 on 35/15.50s

Ya but 305 is a weak gear set up for my GMC Yukon. So I was thinking bout 33's on my stock wheels on a 6inch kit. Obviously I would need to run wheel spacers up front and back as my track width is getting pushed out. So atleast 1.50 to 2 inches up front and .50 in the rear if I remember my box lift kits math right.

35's on my stock 17's would be better, but again to much tire for the gears and it would be more of a slug than it is now. Even with a custom tune.

So I was thinking a 5inch kit and 33's might fit perfectly together looks wise.

With my fabtech it was actually the opposite I got 2” spacers in the rear and .5” up front could probably do a 1” though but I diddnt want to trim my studs shorter it don’t bother me that much

The rough country 7.5” is essentially a 5” kit stretched to 7.5” the fabtech is a true 6” and even with mine stretched to almost 8.5” or so angles are still perfect

Ya I'm looking at the 5inch RC lift but with upgraded coilovers upfront for a better ride. That way I can still run 33's on my 17's with wheel spacers of course.
Then again I might change my mind and go with the 5inch BDS cause with that lift you can use stock 17's and run 33's without any wheel spacers.

I just wish I had time to run my own lift that I could make at work and piece together other paets but we are just busy and that includes the Lazer plasma table.

id get some eibach fox or king coil overs over the rough country’s I haven’t had luck with rough country shocks like ever they suck lol
Could find some for a 6” lift that would get you just right probably and if you ever wanted to pick it up more just throw a 40$ 2” leveling kit under it and bring it up to
7-8”
