6L80 shift flare after tune.

I am hoping any tunners will chime in on this. I had the truck tuned a little over a week ago. While the teanny was in learn mode it felt great. Now I am getting constant shift flares from 2-3. Also it seems like all the programmed shift points aren't there anymore and shifts are very inconsistent with hard shifts and some soft shifts. Have you guya had problems with thw 6l80 like this? On hp tunner it seemes like its a 6l80, 6l60 thing

I'd be dialing up whoever did the tune for you instead of posting on here. What software was used?

What causes and what is the cure for shift flare?

It will learn over time, but flares should not be there. Sounds like the initial shift pressures were great, but the desired shift times are too long. Not sure what tables HPTuners has for this, but definitely contact your tuner.

EFI live tuned...i get those shift flares on my 2-3 at times :-(

drives me nuts!
