Only thing I can help you on is the tune and CAI. For a tune, like most guys on here will say, go with Black Bear Performance. They're a vendor on here. There's tunes are EXCELLENT and will be the best bang for your buck for an engine upgrade. Keep an eye on them because last year around this time they had a Christmas discount on all there tunes and that's when I got mine.

For a cold air intake, you could go the cheap route and get a Spectre like I did, or from what ive seen for the best gains you could get a Volant but those are a lot more pricier.

You have a Vortec engine with Vortec heads. If you arent' a head porting pro I wouldn't touch them as far as porting and polishing. You may make it worse.

Any SBC based roller cam will work, if you really want to go that way. Matched springs are a good idea. Retainers won't make a huge difference. I would upgrade the studs and rockers before I replaced the retainers.
