just saw a video of a guy doing the install to a sierra with bose, he tapped into the R/R + and - speaker wires which are dark and light blue so im guessing thats the same thing i have to do, i saw a converter at walmart for 18 bucks that said up to 80 watts which one of the guys at a audio shop told me i would need a converter up to 80 watts and 50RMS he said he only had low powered ones and his would melt so he sent me off to best buy where they there told me their high powered converter was 50 bucks so i guess tomorrow i will go get that and wire this up

your obviously in over your head with this... are you sure taking to a shop isnt a better idea. dont get me wrong.. i like the pride of doing it yourself! and if its about the money then consider what will happen if you mess up an expensive piece of gear.. or worse.. your truck!

All you need are the Subwoofer +/-

Just tap into the Dark Blue/White + and Light Green/Black - wires. You won't need any converters or anything.

BY THE WAY...that amplifier wiring diagram is NOT accurate for your system. That is for the early GMT800 models with Bose. The subwoofer wire colors are correct however. Plus, you can see them at the plug going into the subwoofer so it shouldn't be an issue of which ones to tap.

This is the correct connector pinout for your truck:

Thank you kses for putting it into simple terms that I understand. Now are you sure it will work without a converter because how will there be RCA connection?

Does you amp only have RCA-Input connections?

If that is what you need, you can get an RCA to Speaker wire at radioshack for example. Or you can just splice into an RCA cable yourself.
