Alarm and Remote Start

So if I undertand it correcty the DLPKGM will work with the Yukon 2001 ? but is not listed in their manuals.

can you install a DEI smartstart module to any alarm? I have an autopage RS 730

I installed my autopage and did not cut the starter wires. In other words, my alarm does not do the engine kill. But since I am using a module, once somebody opens the door, the factory alarm kicks in disabling the engine start anyway. So doors and windows are controlled by factory alarm and autopage, while engine disable is handled by factory.

I just didn't want to mess with the ignition wires.
