I used (2) 21mm socket's and a short ratchet that rotates out straight and held it with channel locks on the top inside part, you could probably get away with a extension that is just the right length the top is pretty tight, I used a impact on the bottom and it was a piece of cake. my torque wrench was plenty long enough to get leverage for the top bolts.

Took about 2 hours with a tire rotation and the help of a buddy. The top one on the inside is a pain, passenger side was worse with the rear A/C lines. Got a 2nd 21MM deep socket for 5 bucks and using the combination of extensions it made it not too shabby. No dummy light DICK messages, solenoid errors cleared out, and compressor fired right up and shocks aired up. With the tight clearances on the top would be way more of a pain in the ass to do it by yourself. I commend you for your solo effort, I'd have cussed a ton by myself.

Would have went faster if we didn't have carbonated lubrication, but were in no rush.

Took a quick ride around the block, maybe 50mph at the fastest. Much more compliant, back end doesn't feel like a squishy lazy boy. Gonna get it up at highway speed tomorrow and do a little driving around for a better idea of ride quality. Popped the hood and peeked at the fronts and they are a little wet on top so gonna order those up real soon. Installed leveling blocks on the front so got an idea already of how to get that sucker apart. Not sure how ride would differ if I'd have just gotten new or rebuilt OEM shocks, but my first reaction is it's a little stiffer than before and in a good way.
