It's not complete but you will get about 25hp to the wheels after a retune. I am in the process of swapping the same intake on my 5.3 suburban. I got a 92mm billet cable driven throttle body though. The TBSS oem throttle body is 84mm. The stock 5.3 is a 76mm.

So yes there are some pretty decent gains from this intake/TB swap. You will need a tune. also you might lose a little low end.

I might be selling mine. If you're interested shoot me a pm. Came off a 2006 TBSS with less than 4k miles and has the fuel rail and injectors. I even have the TBSS engine cover.
