You will need a 30/40 Amp relay and some 12 AWG wire or 10 AWG, some ring terminals and some butt connectors or solder and iron/ tape. Basically you will use 4 terminals on the relay.
Terminal 30 will be hooked to the battery Positive, you can add a 30/40 amp fuse inline.
Terminal 85 Will be hooked to the battery Ground or any good Chassis ground
Terminal 86 is the turn on wire. This will be coming from your headlight bulb 2 pin pigtail. I usually use the driver side, Turn your headlights on and meter both wires with a DMM. The one that gives you 12v when your headlights are on is your wire.
Terminal 87 is your 12v output to your headlights and fog lights. You will wire 4 wires out of here one for each to turn on.

Then all you need is to ground each bulb using the factory 2 pin pigtails in the truck. Meter the wires and use the ground wire on each or you can ground separately to any good chassis ground, but this is easier.

Its easier if you are installing HID Kits to the headlights and fog lights since they come with female pigtail harnesses to use. Other than that you will have to splice and tap in for the grounds and maybe cut the positive wire in the pigtails to separate the signal. I would look to get some female pigtail harnesses so you don't cut any of the original wiring.
