Anybody know what could cause this wheel scratching?

It looks like those might be polished alloy wheels that have been “repaired”. By an aftermarket company.

Please take more photos of the wheels for us.
how long have you owned the truck and where did you buy it?
2 more pics of the worst wheel. I purchased about a month ago from a GM (Chevy) dealer, as is.

under the FAQ of that site that George linked above there is a question & link "what finish do I have?" to send them a photo, maybe they can tell you more.
personally those would have to go, invest in some new wheels.
