Maybe try taking all the connections apart clean or blow them out with air and re-attach very firmly, then try againUnfortunately, no luck this evening.
Removed the radio entirely. Disabled antivirus and firewalls completely. Hooked up my battery charger and tried to connect - communication error. I look at my charger and see that it's pushing 15V+, lol. Turned to "motorcycle" mode which seemed to be a more reasonable 12.3-12.4V with the truck key turned on (key off shows 12.7-12.8) and it connects, but again fails to actually write the new data to the module.
I'm not sure what to do at this point. Maybe try that OBDX Pro.
I've never been able to program with this Tech2. Last time I needed to code a module I used my now not-functioning MDI clone.
