My Arnott rear premium AS-2700 shocks came in yesterday. I noticed there are these 2 pins at the top on the machined aluminum, 180 degrees from eachother. As I was testing out the compression and rebound of these it seems they slightly came outward and now the shock piston extends another 3-4 inches. Is this normal? Should they be removed, they look to flimsy to be in there during normal operation. Is it just for shipping purposes? The Arnott CS say they tech guy is out til next week. So I have to wait to hear from them about this.
In this one, i pushed one of them all the way in and cant get it out now, lol.
