So my right side camera was going out quite a bit. Finally got a chance to look at the codes and its either the camera module or the VPM. Replaced the camera today hoping it not the VPM as thats a pain to remove; we shall see!

2022 Yukon XL with ~15k mi, same issue - cameras crapped out a couple of days ago. I have an appointment with the dealer tomorrow. Mentioned the TSB, they were aware of it but surprised my 360 cameras were also not working.

I will update on the resolution.
Dealer inspected for issues with wiring and found none. They think the VPM was corrupted and replaced it. Cameras work now.

BTW- our issue was a complete camera failure, not intermittent.

Happy to report (and hopefully I dont jinx it) that my side camera replacement has indeed corrected my issue. Pretty simple as well!

Hi all, just wanted to report that on our 2024 Suburban Z71 -- after about 600 miles we had the same problem

- 360 degree button or camera button on screen had no effect when pressed
- Putting vehicle in reverse showed the error shown in the original post

Took it to the dealer. Dealer replaced Module 87816606 - Video processing module which looks to be a >$600 OE part and of course my guess is this part needs to be reprogrammed by dealer to accept the VIN of the vehicle. (Just a wild guess someone with more knowledge can confirm).

That has corrected the issue.

Scared about the future we are heading to with all the computer modules in these newer trucks
