I am LOST and frustrated. I have other stuff going on too, so my brain is not cooperating. I CANNOT find the nuts to unscrew and swap the line. I THINK I have the one going into the engine or wherever it's going. But the one that is near the other hose (they are both connected to it).... It just feels round . my eyes suck so I can't really see. But there does not seem to be a nut there.

Alap, hopefully that's the right part. Amazon "SAYS" it fits....

It SHOULD be as simple as unscrewing one end, then the other. Put new o-rings on new hose. Install. Put fluid in. Bleed by turning wheel. No?

It should be the upper, single line in that first Pic, with the mounting bolt next to it.

As for the one on the back of the pump, that's a tube nut that's mounted at the end of the tube.

Look at the ends on the new replacement hose you got and you'll see how it's connected

Here's a dumb question...
I have a 16mm. But not an 8mm (or 5/16) ..... Can I get away with using an adjustable wrench on it?

Okay, I got my pressure side hose out. But the new part I have (that "fits " according to Amazon) has threaded ends on BOTH sides.

Does anyone have a part number or links to the proper high pressure hose (2007 Denali)

I tried to put the hoses back (what a PAIN - no room to maneuver a wrench or the tubes ). And I have the one on behind the power steering pump. But my fiance , naturally, called me as I took the other side out (with the coupled tubes that I had to remove the bolt to take it off) she had me do something in the house and when I walked back I totally lost where I pulled it out from. I was feeling around for 2 holes but don't feel anything. What a nightmare this has been - for a supposed easy job.

I am sorry, I am not following anything any more because the verbage is changing. And I'm not experienced enough to know what you're referring to. I know I need the high pressure power steering hose.

The 1st post says trans cooler line 1 abd trans cooler line 2

The link posts refer to it as an inlet and outlet .
