according to specs and i assume it mean full sunlight on it is strong enough to handle the parasitic draw of seven stock obs hoes or burbs. i really think you will be fine now. in my world i wanted one set that would fit under my entire roof basket. part of my master plan.

SLC, I notice on epay, some of the prices for the Deltran Solar Chargers are relatively inexpensive, even with free shipping included, versus what I seen them sell for at other places online (like autogeek)

Their 5W charger would've been only about another $15, and Deltran does also makes 10W and 15W models. Yes, the Panels get much larger in the 10-15W models. Either of the larger Deltran Models would've worked for me also, since the controller on those models regulates, and prevents any over-charging. In my situation I imagine size would've not been an issue under the carport. Bigger probably would've been better, more output capacity in MaH.

Another little goodie I see Deltran (Battery Tender) makes, is a Solar Controller for not much cash, that will take a 5W-45W 12V Panel and control-regulate it.


I imagine these little puppies could be sweet for those who have ATVs, Motorcycles, farm-garden equipment, and also those who have battery powered electric fences and gates.
