Locally (AR), Caddy's are $10k+ over, Yukon and Tahoes are MSRP to + depending on dealership.
The only thing below MSRP are Jeep Wagoneers and its been that way for almost a year now. Same on Ram products.

hopefully nobody in AR is paying sticker for a silverado or sierra. Everett has them priced online anywhere from $5-6k off...and that's not some bait and switch dealer. you pay what's posted online. It'll take a year or so before people wise up and realize that an extra 45 min drive and they could save thousands.

We're 18 months in and the normal buyer is probably almost conditioned to "overpaying"

Nah, just SUVs, my dealer has pickups on the lot, they are still selling every Tahoe, Denali and Escalade before they arrive. Base Yukons are starting to show up on the lots.

I found a dealer located in a place that I am going to move to in a week, that has the exact Yukon Denali I want in transit (Reserve package, air ride, etc). They are selling at ~$1000 below MSRP, but have to get a dealer installed package (wheel locks, tinting, paint protection) for $2k so a net 1000-2000. I am thinking of leaving a deposit ($1000) for it to reserve it. At least there is something tangible offered for the extra charge instead of a mere "market value". Compared to the 10-15k market value price gouge being offered in my current area, it seems like a deal as sad as it is for me to say this.

Yes, just put a $500 non refundable on an In-Transit Silverado that's priced $7k below MSRP, no doc fees.

won’t see before 24 production begins and I can opt out or get in line for the 24.

Not GM… but we’ve been looking at getting a Subaru for our kid and the dealer wouldn’t budge from $3k over MSRP a few months ago. Last week he called me saying they finally were down to MSRP. I told him great, once the OTD price is down to MSRP I’ll be in touch. He told me I’d be waiting another 1.5 years before that could potentially happen. I told him I’m patient. Haha

Thing with GM might be due to the factory location? Full size SUVs are built here in the US, Full size trucks are (mostly?) built in Mexico. Seeing $7500 off Silverados at a local dealer with plenty in stock. I'd guess those are loaded except with the turbo 4 banger engine? No real deals on Colorados or Traverses that I've seen

New Colorado/Canyon production starts this month. If there are any leftover 22s they should be trying to get rid of them to make way for the radically revised new model.

Aren’t the tahoes/Yukons assembled in Arlington?
