All this and you have not yet looked at STFT or LTFT? Check your trims. They tell you tons if you know how to read them. What are your STFT and LTFT at idle, engine up to temp, fuel system in closed loop?
P0300 is a Random Misfire code usually meaning 3 or more cylinders have been missing.
P0430 is Bank 2 Low Catalyst Efficiency (measured by Bank 2 downstream O2).
If I had to guess based on only the info you have provided thus far, I'd presume a lean condition on bank 2 causing all of those cylinders to misfire thus allowing raw fuel into the exhaust consequently killing your bank 2 cat.
For a lean condition I'd be looking at the intake gasket sucking in unmetered air on the bank 2 side.
Also, these trucks don't "have a thing for AC DELCO." AC DELCO makes the OEM electronics for GM. So AC DELCO is factory equipment which the engineers intended for these vehicles to use.
