Hey guys i know that there are a ton of threads out there about lowering the car however i just want to make sure that i when i do it i do it right so that i dont have to do it again :).

My tahoe is an 08 LT2 that i am going to be putting 24" wheels with 305/35 24 tires on. I am considering doing either a 2/3 or a 3/4 kit and i am just not sure what will be best for me.

Also what type of lowering would be best for me? There are so many things to consider on these that i am not used to. Should i go for shocks, spindles, coils, struts, a-arms? I would actually like to stiffen up the ride a little and make it feel a little bit less like a boat if at all possible.

Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

id just do spindles in front and rear belltech adjustable springs for a 3 or 4 inch rear drop and add in the rear belltech street performance drop shocks and your set to go. Ive done numerous trucks/sold numerous kits like this and havent had 1 complaint.... other than i want to go lower now lol

alright i am considering the McGaughys 2/3 drop (30008) from Stylin Trucks, or the New Ground Force Kit that has front spindles and rear springs that dont require new shocks, or getting the Belltech spindles up front, Belltech Drop Springs in the back with shock extenders from DJM Direct.

Any opinions on both would be appreciated.
