yah mine clears and so do the others ive done. For some reason your panhard bracket sticks out a little more and rubs. Either way new one is coming your way.

Got my AVG MPG from 11.7 all the way up to 15.3 since my tune.

Nice. That's right around what we average with ours for daily driving with a high percentage of city.

yah i get pretty good mileage on the 6.2 especailly after the ported manifold/cat taken off/intake/crank pulley

Yes as Blazed said. I was actually the rare case that lost MPG's with the tune bc my driving style: throttle input is very efficient. Higher shift points caused the loss. However the improvement drivability was worth the sacrifice.

So you never got that worked out? Just learned to live with it?

Exactly. With primarily highway driving the tune can really rack up some high MPG's 18-20. I had another tune sent to me that was 50/50 between the original modded tune and the stock tune. Been averaging 15.5 compared with 14 on the 1st tune.. I'm hoping to get more with the summer gas. If I was driving with the stock tune, I'd prob be around 16.5+.
