It's been over a month I think and they are still "investigating" it...

Well that may be your problem right there.
I ran the rear Belltech Street Perf. shocks for 6 months and pulled them off. They work well up front as a strut assembly with the coilovers, but out back, they pretty much suck.
They are too mushy and unresponsive. They do not keep the rear wheels glued to the ground for shit.

Yeah I bought them and regretted it pretty quick.
I also bought a set of Monroe shocks that were complete junk too.
In the rear, I have ran stocks, stocks with extenders, Bilstein HDs with extenders, Belltech SP, Monroe Monotubes, and Bilstein 5100 shocks.
The last set is the best one after the Pedders with Bilstein HD + extenders. That felt like I was riding on clouds.

I believe I have the bell tech shock extenders on currently.

Just out of curiosity why bell tech extenders and not djm or anything else?

And do you have a specific part number or should I just contact bilstien and figure it out?
