Wondering about this great option if I would be able to install it on my 2007 Yukon Denali XL, What is needed other than the mirrors. Also any prices if possible. Thanks

I have done this to my truck. It requires new mirror glass faces and new mirror housings. And a programming from the dealer.

Not bad not bad, so no modification to the harness? What prices am I looking at?

The sensor is within the glass, yes. The mirror housing harnesses work with an 07+ model vehicle. However, the glass itself has more wiring so the 2007-2008 housings won't work with them, already tried. They also have a different turn signal design.

As far as pricing goes, it just depends on what mirrors you find. Be sure you find the right model or you'll get one that doesn't support the new glass. Mirror housings are a couple hundred each or more, and the glass is $100 each if the mirror you buy doesn't have it. I would check eBay, there's tons.

I want to do this on my '07 Denali. Just to be clear if I get a complete mirror assembly that has the blindspot detection built in. All I need to do is have the vehicle programmed by the dealer? No additional wiring?

I just don't want to spend the $$$ and have it not work. Thanks

There are sensors in the rear quarter panel under the metal and can't see them. You need more than just the mirrors

Yeah, I was going to say....It is not all built into the glass. The only thing in the glass is the warning light. You would have to add the sensors that go behind the bumper (on the sides) and the harnesses, etc. Programming would be involved too I'm sure.
