If you want your brakes to perform consider a hydroboost conversion. This will let your power steering pump provide brake pressure versus vacuum pressure from the engine. The brake feel is a lot more linear meaning the harder you push the pedal the more pressure applied. I never really like my brakes with vacuum pressure and had a nice scare with them. I'm doing the NNBS brake upgrade with drilled/slotted R1 Carbon geomet rotors,ceramic pads and SS lines this weekend. It should stop like a nobodies business afterwards. The next step would be a big brake kit and I don't want $700 rotors if I can avoid them.
There are lesser options than what I'm doing but the hydroboost will make even your current brakes feel better.
