that makes no sense, you have to completely disassemble the rear brakes, remove the rear cover, drain the fluid, pull out the carrier, just to get either axle out, then you have to screw around with the seal, put it all back together and refill the fluid, xcross your fingers that it doesn't leak again.
on top of that most likely the parking shoe on the leaky side is going to soaked in axle grease and at the very least it will have be thoroughly cleaned
all for $178??? err no place in there right mind is going to do it for that price
if you have a standard socket set and a jack you could do those front and rear brakes yourself with premium ceramic pads for $200 (figure $60 x2 for good ceramic pads) and having all rotors resurfaced at most shops 4 X $10 some shops might charge $15 each.
