i'm getting my ticket cleared off on my way home today, and am gonna try 35% this time. With the black interior, it will look darker anyways. 35% on my parents' cars never have any problem, but they both have light interiors.

"But, when you pull out onto the public highways, your right to do as you please changes instantly. Driving on public highways is a privilege, not a right. And if you want to drive on public highways.... you have to play by the state's rules."

Oh, you mean the sucky a!@ roads that I, key word I, pay for with MY taxes......You sound like a politician. I Have been driving since I was 15 1/2 (learners permit) and not once have I gotten a ticket. Not once. No speeding, wreckless driving, not using a turn signal, at fault accidents, nothing. So, in 12 1/2 years of driving, I'd say that's damn good.

And you have 5% on some of your vehicles back windows...So how do you see in reverse(and don't tell me your side mirrors). Or how do you see when you are pulling out into oncoming traffic at night. I think I hear hypocrite whispering faintly.......

1- I have driven 42 years without anything as well. Not even a parking ticket.

2- When I back up, I have the mirrors and cameras in everything.

3- When I pull out in traffic, I am looking through the front windows, 35% tint.

The bottom line is, as I said earlier, 20% is too dark on the front windows. Anybody running 20% on their front windows deserves a ticket every time their tires hit the public highways.

I do however continue to support you in your right to believe that anything goes on your vehicle because you own it. At the same time, I support that states in saying that anything doesn't go once you land on their asphalt.

If it wasn't for Tint laws, there would be morons tinting their windshields.

Exactly. :party33:

The next law states are going to have to adopt is low rider laws. These low riders who have to go sideways over speed bumps and pot holes at 3 mph are a danger to everybody else on the road. I was almost rear ended in my Excursion the other night when a low rider in front of me had to slow down to 2 mph to turn into private property from the public highway. The people behind me couldn't see around me and thought I was stopping for no good reason.
