unknown at this time.
Take the belt off and wrap a rope or strap over pulleys and lawn mower those bastages one by one to listen for noise. The starter would be best for the crank though.

greetings fellow GM operators.ive been having the same problem and was wondering if anyone figured out the cause of this mysterious chirp.
so far i have replaced:
-idler pulley and new dayco belt(4months ago.chirp stopped)
-tensioner pulley, gates belt, wirebrushed & degreased pulleys(2 months ago.stopped)
-tensioner arm & pulley, gy gatorback belt, cleaned pulleys(today.stopped)
it is always the same noise, and starts off intermittently, usually on a damp day and gets progressively worse from there.belt dressing or lube(lots) will quiet it down temporarily, but it always comes back.i noticed the crank pulley wobble, but it has been there since i bought the truck 3-4 years ago, and the chirping just started in the last year.stethoscoped everywhere and i cant pinpoint its point of origin...any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

usually if a pulley is bend or wobbly (from someone trying to replace it without the correct tools) will make a squeak. if you replaced all those parts and it still squeaks my bet is that crank pulley unfortunately.

Do you know if you have stock size pulleys on there? A set of under drive pulleys are supposed to use the same belt, but I found that mine were not exerting any force on the tensioner, so I wound up with a loose belt.

Found that AdvanceAutoParts had a belt that was 1 inch shorter. Took a bit to go on there, but have had a perfect middle tensioned belt since an no more squeaking/chattering. Changing the belt is really easy if you have electric fans, so they might just let you try a few different sizes in the parking lot.

Mine squeaks when it's rainy/damp or cold. Goes away once it's warm. I've always thought it was the tensioner.
