I can see where Gzes is coming from. It's private property on private property. He has the right to prevent its taking. It's called an unlawful seizure otherwise. Whether or not he's going about it properly is a different story.

In oklahoma you can get a registration (without insurance required for a vehicle that doesn't run) This gets you around the local ordinance .

WOW this thread is crazy! My mother in law got a ticket for untagged car in her driveway.At that point she finally decided to call one of the places that gives $500 for unwanted vehicles. I had an untagged car in my driveway almost a year and nobody said anything. And we live in the same county!

How is having a vehicle that isn't in compliance with an ordinance, and it being taken, unlawful seizure? Law is broken, it is retrieved. Sounds lawful to me.

Robbie you are infact seeing it correct. If a unmarcked cop comes into my land with no warrant he is tresspassing on private property and i have to give a worning shot and then if they dont leave its game

Oh boy ... you guys should really look into what an MSO is, what relationship it holds to a title certificate, taxation, and ultimately who actually owns your vehicle ... and for that matter everything else you think you own including your money and property.
