Hey I was thinking of buying a 2015 Tahoe Ppv and was wondering if there is anyway to get the back doors to unlock inside without having to buy new doors. I am told there is not. Wanted to see if you all knew any way of getting them to unlock inside without buying new doors. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Do you by any chance remember how the wiring was for your center console? Here's my situation. Seems like wires were cut while changing this over to a squad car and I can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

All you have to do is take the door panel off and connect the metal wire that goes from the handle to the locking mechanism. Very simple and no new parts needed

On a positive note, truck is at 60,000 miles and we still love everything about it.

No. I never pursued the issue further. I believe a person with the correct GM flashing device can supposedly enable the switch circuit.

If you see me running, I would try to keep up.
I just put my DIC in my tahoe and it allows you to have more access to the computer. I believe I had seen something in there about locks and resetting factory settings.

O by the way taking off the door panel can be a pain in the a#@. You can get door panel tools from autozone cheap so you don't need to by new panel clips
