So my check engine light came on and screen flashed low engine power on my 2011 Tahoe. Code reader at the local auto parts store said throttle body or sensor in the gas pedal. I looked around online and determined a dirty throttle body can produce theses symptoms. As I was making way to the throttle body I removed the gray top clip as I watched in a video. In the video the plug came right off at that point. On mine when I pulled it off I heard some plastic break and now the plug does not securely stay on. There is a purple plug on the bottom and the gray top clip in this black housing. The black housing that connects to the throttle body is the part that is broken. It will slide on to the throttle body, but is not secure. Any way I can buy that part. Anyone have a link/part name or number. It looks like I could remove the purple plug from the current broken housing and not have to mess with any wiring nonsense. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry I didn't snap some pictures.
