Don't forget about the MTX thunderform box. It's $239 shipped online and then you'd wire it up like any other sub. It mounts in the rear kick panel. My friend and I have one and it sounds good.

Yes I think so. Keith/KSES123 and I talked about this for 2 hours last night on the phone. He provided some good data and diagrams that might make this possible. Let me look into it and I will get back to you on it. If I don't post to this thread or PM you by next Friday, bug me about it.

Hey- I am trying the same thing, did you ever find a solution?

Any update on this?

I have a 2004 LS. I just took out my jump-seat this weekend and added the full console with Bose sub. I have a Pioneer AVH-X500BHS coming in today and the GMOS-01 harness and the steering wheel controls harness. I'll be adding a new steering wheel and bought a used steering column from a salvage yard for the clockspring to add the steering wheel controls to mine. My question is what is the easiest way to hook up the Bose amp and subwoofer while I am doing this? If I could get a wiring schematic for the console harness connector then I could build the harness I need while wiring up my new HU.

All of the wiring for the sub, amp, RSE, and cigarette lighter come to one bulkhead connector in the center of the console. From reading through this thread it seems that I will not be able to just buy a harness to connect it to my new Pioneer HU. I dont have any of the wiring outside of the console. I used my old harness for the cigarette lighter and auxiliary outlet.

It can be done. You'll just have to extend a lot of wires to the console, etc. Not impossible though.

This is the giant connector that goes into power the entire console. Please excuse the terrible quality. Since this is not a Denali/Escalade amp....make sure you use the wires that say (W/O Y91).

Thank you sooooo much! I'll put together a How-to of what I am doing, in case another member runs into this as well. Thanks again
