Coolant gauge isn't moving

Have a 93 suburban and the coolant gauge isn't moving. Brought it with a broken sensor so I replaced it and it's sitting on 100 degrees and not really getting hot inside.

Highly recommend getting the factory t stat. Aftermarket ones are cheap and unreliable
