As an auto designer, I'm always open to suggestions, but I have to tell you, we played with many ideas, and this simply looked the best - by far. In fact, the idea of having the tip angles flush with the bumper looked like two holes in the bumper with no purpose. It needed to portude just a tad. However, if it was parallel, it just looked like they were to fixed in that position in error. So slightly angled, and slightly past the bumper / hole opening is exactly what it needed. Subtle, but if you catch a glimpse of it, it says look at me, I'm the baddest exhuast to ever run on a Tahoe. IMO of course!
I think I like the idea, but I'm not sure about the execution. I think some of the custom aspect is lost by not having the angle of the tip follow the bumper's plane.
Even if you don't make the tips completely flush with the bumper (which would look best, imo), I'd at least cut the tip so that the openings are parallel to the face of the bumper.
The way it is now makes it look like a bit of an afterthought, like you just made do with what you had.
Cool idea. As long as you're at it, though, I'd cut the tips flush with bumper.

Looks cool, you made it YOURS, not what everyone else wants it to look like, (every other tahoe you see) I really like it, really liking your yellow vette and the rims on it. Very nice work on all of it.
What other plans do you have for your Tahoe? W/ all the customization of the vettes, surely you got some good plans for the Tahoe.
Thanks man...
Next week, its getting struts, and rear airbags for trailering. Planning on a Supercharger (Magnasun) and ZR1 brakes (calipers made by Brembo for the Corvette ZR1 if your not familiar with them) which have 15.5" rotors up front, and 15" in the back... also considering the Wilwood package with 16" rotors!
Interior is getting ventilated seating and Acantara / leather seating, dash, etc. with a matching D-Sport steering wheel -
