Man that big ole B&D kicked the brackets and my own ass! That thing weighs a ton but never once hiccuped at my nonstop grinding! I plan to lightly touch the pumpkin and clean up all the brackets tomorrow.
I’ve got a big DeWalt like that. I bought it last year and put a big buffer pad on it for waxing and buffing. Things work awesome.

I use a bunch of those at welding school and they are a good bit quieter and lighter than this relic. I wish they weren’t so expensive I’d upgrade but I rarely use anything this big at home.

The last set I bought from @1BADI5 and he did the "machining" before he sent them to me. This set I'll "machine" down with my Dewalt Death wheel and a flap disk. Poor men have poor ways.

Poor man here. I have three DeWalt grinde- I mean "scalpels" to wield various forms of Death Discs, Fatal Flappers and Grimstones.

Was grinding a good bit more yesterday and got the axle finished and hit with a light coat of primer just to keep it from flash rusting overnight. Also got the caliper humps deleted and swapped from the 1350 yoke to the 14thiccc10 yoke.

Did a good bit of googling on U joints and not only is the 1410 stronger it has several more degrees of angle before binding.

As far as Tigging dicxs onto cast its really difficult because cast is so dirty.
