Mr. CARCRZ, I'm going with option #1, the one where I buy the IMPACT BAR (#6 part in this Picture). Question..... DO I need to buy the Brackets, Fillers and Studs for that? (fig. #7, #8, #9, #11 & #12) I will try to PM you my cell for a detail conversation, if you don't mind :):)

i'm not 100% sure but the way i see it is, if you are going the oem way you pretty much have to buy all of it but don't quote me on that thats just by looking at the pic but i'm sure that you will need the bumper filler but as far as the brackets not sure, but if i was going that route i would buy the cover, impact bar,and filler. first then go from there........

Well, Is Finally DONE!!!!! YEAH!!!!! to all those who Help me with there responds THANK YOU!!!! Big Thank You TO CARCRZ for the advises and part that got from him, As you guys can See, is a lot space between posts, and is because I took my time looking for parts around the Local Junk Yards and the Local CraigList listing.
You Guys may won't believe this but after completing the project and listing all my left over parts in craiglist, I actually gain $55 in my pocket, I really think that I was Lucky!!! , but here it is some pics of the before and after, and if anybody out there is doing it and have some Question, feel free to shoot me a PM and I'll be glad to give you some tips. I am pretty sure that CARCRZ will do the same.

Yeah, Looking for the wheels, right now but trying to decide if I should do 22's or 24's and the drop will be depending on the size tires that I will get, I guess.
