I got home from a motorcycle ride yesterday and noticed my hitch cover is now missing from the Denali. I'm suspicious that someone helped me lose it. Anyway, are you guys finding/buying these anywhere besides the dealer?

THey tend to fall off if not properly put back on, thats proabbly what is happening as to not many people will steal and sell them because they're not worth much!

I was wondering that too. I have one on my Tahoe and am afraid that someone may take it.

They have a couple plastic quarter turn fasteners in the bottom, and tabs in the top that slide into the bumper cover. Pretty cheasy. I check mine often though.

The best I have found is at GM Parts Direct online for ~$100. The Denali's come with them, and they are shaped differently than the tons you find on eBay for the vehicles that didn't come with them. I saw a correct style one on there yesterday that was cheap, but the wrong color. It would probably cost as much to have it painted as to order a new one.

Yeah GMPD website is pretty good with the price, also try inserting the GMPD part number over a www.newgmparts.com to see if the price is better!
