Project for this weekend is installing the new Spohn kit in the rear. And damn these things are sweet!! Heim joints, zerk fittings and fully adjustable. Can't wait to get them installed and get rid of the clunking/popping in the rear. I will make sure to take some install pics.

But for now here's a cpl pics

What color?

Flat black. I'm not a big fan of the color matched vent caps. Unlike how flat black flows with the rear upper half being the dark tinted windows and having the vents black also to me flows nice.

I don't really like them color matched either. Mine are rattle can black. They were off f a green Esky. So they aren't flat but they are slightly glossy. I think it matches good with the windows.

Got started on the install this afternoon. Got the panhard bar removed. Wasn't too bad besides those stupid brake clips were a sob. I also picked up all new grade 5 hardware 9/16 to get rid of the small slop. Ran out of daylight today but will continue bright and early tomorrow.

Stock panhard bar vs. Spohn panhard bar. That stock panhard is so flimsy feeling.

Alright so for the curious gear heads like me I've got to the bottom of the bolt size dilemma and mystery. So the panhard bar uses 9/16 in the derlin bushing. The lowers have the del-sphere joints which use the 14mm bolts, 9/16 does not fit in the del-sphere joints. Just tried and not fitting and 1/2 is too small so the 14mm is the perfect fit for the del-sphere joints. And then the uppers have a derlin bushing at one end and a del-sphere at the other end so for the uppers, it needs a 9/16 for the derlin and a 14mm for the del-sphere. Using 4" bolts for everything, except the lower rears (axle) uses a 5" bolt if you have the relocating brackets on which I do and still need to hunt down some 5"x14mm bolts.
