Your major expense that will dwarf the cost of what you damaged in the collision will be the transmission you destroyed by going further than the shoulder of the road with no oil; this wreck would take one Saturday and 500 bucks to fix if the transmission was not ruined; you can add a couple grand to that number now.
At this point I would look for a donor pickup/tahoe/Suburban that is wrecked but that has a good used transmission and front clip; you can usually find one of these for less than a grand then give the rest to the junkyard after you cannibalize what you need.
