Lately I've been noticing while driving and stopped I hear something in exhaust sounds as if someone lit a fire work in there you can hear it at a low pitch

Also when I shut it off you hear it a little make like a boom noise

Have you cleaned your MAF/throttle body? I would start there.

Can a faulty maf or dirty maf cause a small backfire ? Just asking
