Did some work on a buddy's 99 today

He is an older guy and can't do the work any more. He had a heart attack and is in the hospital so I went by and stole his truck.

The back bumper was rusted through



My parts truck provided a non rusted one.



He had used a Zip tie in place of a broken exhaust hanger.



My parts truck again gave up a good one.


Hard to see, but it in in there correctly.

He ia great guy. I hope this lifts his spirits a bit and helps him get home sooner.

God bless you buddy. Even if someone doesn't ask, or even think they need help, it's always nice to lend a hand to someone who can use it. Everyone forgets that one day, that could be you or me who could use a helping hand. I know this will definitely lift his spirits, I know it did mine, just knowing there's still good people out there.

After I chewed him out for doing too much and making his blood pressure spike he is doing better. I have gone down a couple of times and made him go sit down.
