I think its interesting that you guys expect something very custom to be an automatic bolt on experience.
I can understand if you are unhappy with the end result, as in the truck not riding as you expected, that I would have complained about too, but you always have to expect some level of fabrication / adaptation when you are doing custom work to your truck.
Would it be beneficial if the dealership gave you a heads up before you bought it? Absolutely!
Did you ask if it would require something else than knowing how to open the package it came in?
