I'm with you. I enjoy my vehicles, but if the manufacturer screws me on something it's gone and I won't buy another of theirs. My Ford F-150 had a sagging headliner at 2 years and 22k Miles. They acted like they were doing me a huge favor for replacing it and said it would be a 2 day job. Asked for a loaner and they said "we are fixing the headliner for free, you can pay for a loaner." Put it on Craigslist that night. Tundra had a mouse problem Toyota refused to address or admit even though several people have the exact same problem. Toyota said "unless you can prove we sold it with a mouse in it, it isn't our problem" traded that bad boy in on a Tahoe the next week.

I'm keeping mine for a very long time. I've spent so much money on it, we'd never get 1/2 back. Plus we love it too. It's almost where I want it to be. Different wheels, some small odds and ends, plus once my issue gets resolved, I'll be happier then a pig in $hit!

Mice would be more appropriate. 6 mice in 2 months. Every night I'd put traps in the cab of my truck, then every morning check the traps and throw away a dead mouse, when applicable. Always in the cab of the truck. No food or anything in the vehicle. Had a 2016 explorer right next to it, with peanut butter protein bars, never an issue.

Got to the point where I was tired of dealing with it. I also knew it was only a matter of time before they destroyed something expensive, or my truck started smelling like mouse piss.

Yea, they're coming in the air ducts somewhere, just couldn't find where, to stop them. It's not just Tundras, it's a Toyota in general thing. There were several guys on the Tundra forums with the issue. My parents have a Camry with the same issue. I live in the country, so I'm sure that didn't help the matter. It seemed like once one got in, it was non stop.

If it weren't for that issue, I'd still have the truck.

I'm like most. I really enjoy mine but if it was to become a money pit, it would be gone. It has no sentimental value like an old truck passed down from a grandfather to make it worth sinking tons of cash in it.
