Door Handle center removal

Anyone know how to remove the center pull handle from the actual door handle? Im thinking of installing some textured bars into my colormatched door handles

please don't. I like you your truck looks now.

However, if you must, there's a squished pin keeping the handle on the bucket of it that you'll have to drill out and then replace with a nut and bolt. You have to remove the inside door panel to remove the handle.

Ok cool, I know how to take it off the truck but ive never looked into taking them apart. Its just an idea ive been kicking around but im not sure if I want to do it or not

leave colormatched handles as it looks better and shows its not a base model with black handles
