Went through a high pressure car wash last week and washed my passenger seat. Look into it and my doors are sagging bad. So i replaced the pins and bushings... no difference.
I can feel to play when i wiggle my door up and down.
What is happeneing to me?

If the door is still sagging after replacing the pins and bushings the door pin holes in the hinges are probably wallowed out and are elongated.

Two fixes: The holes can be welded and redrilled. Need to redrill the holes in the precisely centered spot or the door wont close/fit properly.
Or replace the hinges. The factory hinges are welded to the door frame so the welds have to be ground off and the new hinges are installed with bolts and those bolt holes have to be drilled into the A pillar and into the door.

The bushings for the pointed end of the pin are just overaized ones that are crushed a little to be ovalized. Pretty cheesy

I'm liking that idea. It would be a whole lot easier than the other options.

Come to think of it, somewhere on ebay I saw oversized bushings. Possibly allowing a guy to just drill out the pin holes a little larger and inserting the oversized bushings.
