Any Ideas as how to adjust the drivers side door would be appreciated. I followed the line from where the door meets the body and the gap goes from a relatively small gap to a fairly wide gap at the bottom of the door. Also, when I open the door, it just swings open instead of hitting a stop. Is there a spring in the hinge that I can tweek to repair this?

Thanks,
Justin

I guess I'll give it another shot. Has anybody on here know how to adjust the alignment of the drivers side door? Is it the hinge bolts that adjust the door?

Thanks,
Justin

It sounds like your hinges may be worn out. A good way to tell if they are is to lift the door up when it`s open, If you can move it up and down it`s probably the hinges, hinge pins and or bushings, or maybe even loose hinge bolts.

I searched around and found this pin and bushing kit at advance auto.

and the whole hinge if you may need that.
