dual alternator

hey fellas......does anyone know where i can find a dual alternator kit(bracket with hardware no alt needed) at a reasonable price. To those of you that swapped your stock alt in place of a H.O alt is it true that the ecu regulates the amount of amps it put out, and cause damage in the future
