Lets hope that holds up. It look like you had a dissimilar metals issue or a poorly maintained system.

You are 100% right

Yesterday I took the tahoe to my expensive good friend work shop to do full check up regarding identifying the source of the clicking nise (I mention hear http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=55913 Clicking noise? Help please

but I ended up getting more to do list or to fix list as he showed me the oil leak dew to fix you told me about therefore I have to order the gaskets you recomend :banghead:

(By the way he is charging me 190$ as labor only to replace the gaskets and fixing the leaks (sealing) do you think it is fair?)

190$ for the complete job. I think it way to much, our market is lost! Shops are working without classfecation so any shop can do any work (electritions could be rebuilding an engine at there shop for a customer!! And only 5% studied there profession!!!

You have no idea how many of them fear me and the likes of me many shops refused to any work on any car I supervise or owen :D (I caused the close of few work shops and high painful fines)
I don't like people without any knowledge charging high labor prices!

Now I am confused between the "Dorman 615-305 intake gasket kit" or "Fel-Pro MS98000T manifold gasket set"

just think of the business you could build if you know what you are doing. Take an ASE certified mechanic and a few good wrench turners and open your own shop. I wonder how much red tape there would be to go through?

I don't have to take any thing!! That's the main problem, but because I don't have certain foreigner nationality which is controlling this market I couldn't get parts or oils or any thing as cheap as they get it!!

By the way I am a lawyer but I love machines
