So far things kinda looks fine but when I step on it I can notice the temporary heat increase above 90C then it comes down to 87C

An update!


Today I was racing a friend more like one time drag the temp raised quickly from 72c to 95c and then when I slow down it came back to 87c!!!!

Bad thermostat? maybe some gunk from the old fitting got hung up in the stat.

that sounds ok for the most part with the exception that 72°C seems a bit cold. Had your engine just been started or do you run that low temp a lot?
