E85 with mods?

I know this is a dumb question, but i'll ask anyway. I have a 2003 Tahoe 5.3L flex fuel. I just figured out it was a flex fuel unit while doing some research on a supercharger kit i just bought ( for my 07 tahoe). On my 03 I have a cat-back exhaus, cold air intake, and bully dog triple dog GT programmer, for my performance mods. It is my daily driver/ company SUV. Needless to has it has some miles (130,***) what are the pros/cons of runing E85 with my mods or should i just stay away all togeather and run 93?

If its setup for Flex Fuel, your fine.

If the truck has never had e85 in it start out with adding a small amount to the tank,like 1/4 tank...Then after you run a full tank through it put a new fuel filter on..
