hey guys- i've got an 09 LTZ. I ordered a set of eagle eye taillights from jeff at custom creations. when i put em on, i was having a random "fast blink" when i used the left turn signal. i called jeff and he promptly sent me out a new one of the load resistors or surge protectors, whichever u wanna call em. i swapped it out and still had the same problem. so jeff had me send the lights back and he sent me out a new set. i put em on this morning and still have the exact same problem, in fact the right signal even does it occassionally. im puzzled. has anyone else had this problem or know what would be causing it???

Its def. the load resistor issue. Your car is just tryin to notify you of a burnt bulb because LEDS take little power and the computer thinks its not there/blown.
You may not have wired the resistors correctly could be the issue!!?

the load resistors are both plug and play. theres no way to wire them incorrectly. jeff had sent me new ones with the old set and we still had the issue. which is why i dont understand why they are doing this.

Try flipping the wire connector 180degrees if you can....kinda of like how you would do HIDS and see if they work?

no i cant. theyre all plug and play and wont fit if ya flip em 180 degrees. i thought the same thing. thats why its driving me nuts, nobody else with a tahoe or yukon seems to have this issue and ive had it with both sets of taillights!

Make sure the ground wires are matching up on the 2 connectors. I bought the same LEDs from Jeff and had a weird issue, but it was because I wired them backwards. In my case the tail lights wouldn't come on during normal driving. They would however come un when I pressed the brake.

Double check the wiring connectors....

no its all hooked up right. theyre wired exactly how they were delivered. i unplugged everything and plugged it all back in. they dont do it all the time when the vehicle is running. its just random. however, the left one does it ALL the time if you just try them in accessory and press the brake while doing it.

no theres no burnt bulbs in anything. its just a different load than the factory lights. i just gotta find the right resistor combo to make it work.
