I have a Duramax that I have tuned with efi live and dsp5 but don't know much about efi on gassers. Who's the man that can hook me up with tuning? Also this Tahoe is 4x4 with a 3" body lift. I will be taking the body lift off and lowering 2/4 to make it easier on the kids and wife. Any recommendations for lowering kit? I have never lowered a 4x4. Also looking to trade the black 17" wheels with brand new 275 bf Goodrich all terrain tko's for some factory 20's with good tires. I appreciate any info guys.

Its pretty good but sometimes you might have to wait a couple days to get a reply. Kinda slow on the weekdays. At least that's my experience.

I use EFILive on my car but I haven't got tuning access for the Tahoe yet. Have you used the EFILive forum? I've gotten solid tuning answers from there before.

What all are you trying to do with it? Is it stock, modified, or just trying to get rid of torque management crap?

I'm just wondering if there is some type of efficient tuning that could be done. I like the look you have going with the 3/5 drop.

If you go on that forum I mentioned and ask how to remove the torque management, that should make a difference in performance. From what I understand, the TM is basically just GM's way of reducing power under certain load conditions in the timing tables to help protect the weak 4L60e trans. A lot of the mail order tunes have the TM taken out. I've heard it makes a big difference in performance and overall drivability.

Thanks for the compliment. I lowered it over a year ago and I love it this way. It's getting some engine/drivetrain upgrades this winter/spring.
