Honestly, I think I will take the same route as JK. Although I like the idea of OE fans and pcm controlled, I don't like the idea of paying $250 for fans and $200 for pcm work (I don't really know how much it cost).

If I can spend $200 on fans, electrical stuff, and thermostat and accomplish the same goal (better gas mileage) then I will be happy.
