www.LS1fans.com has them for about the same price and I feel they're better quality but either is probably fine. They (LS1fans.com) also sell overdrive pulleys for your alternator which is a good idea since you'll see your voltage drop when the fans kick on. The pulley upgrade adds output to your stock alternator.
I actually have a high amp alternator. It's a 160 amp, so I hope it'll be ok.

That should work. Mine's 130 amp and I would see the drop until I swapped the pulley.
When I bought it, it was actually cheaper then the 130 amp, which was weird. Got it from Advance. Guy said they must've had too many in stock, so they were blowing them out.

When I did mine it was a direct bolt up. I purchased my harness from Nelson Performance, and it was super easy to install and was $89 for the kit. de5b63aa6580e356a719f44c7faf431b.jpgBB performance sent me a tuned ECM in which it already had the fans programmed.

I'm running a Nelson harness, but modified it to hold 80a relays.. stock relays didn't like the amperage from my 270a alternator it seems.

What temp did you guys program the fans to kick on? Is there two separate temps because there's two separate fans?

It's set by the ECM , I'm not sure how BlackBear set mine but I think they just turn on the pin and the ECM takes care of the rest.

There is only 1 temp trigger. I think mine is 209 or 210. Temp triggers both fans on low. Ur 03 should trigger passenger fan on high based on ac pressure. If both triggers activated at the same time both fans go high mode..

Make sure u buy the right harness to connect the 2 pins to your pcm.

Exactly. Swap out the ECM's and think you have to do the crank relearn. Buddy of mine did it with a tech 2 if I recall correctly.
Best part is you'll feel a big difference with the recent upgrades that you just completed. Think the fans come on like 185 and 210 for the 2nd.

I have Autocal so I just loaded the tune into my ECM myself. No crank relearn needed.
